    📍 Venue: London Stadium Community Track, E20 2ST

    🚗 Parking
    Limited free parking is available on-site for team managers and coaches. Please enter through the Bobby Moore School gate.

    📝 Team Registration
    Team managers only are kindly asked to register at the 

    Team Registration Desk upon arrival.

    👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Spectator Entry
    Spectators are welcome and may contribute £2.00 at the Spectator Registration Desk, located outside the West Stand. 

    Entry is free for under 18s.

    🚪 Stadium Entry
    All attendees can enter via the steps or lift located next to the West Ham United stadium shop.

    🏟️ Seating Arrangements
    Teams will be seated in designated stands. Spectators will also be seated together according to their team’s pitch and are kindly asked to remain in their allocated area on the stands or trackside (teams recommended to bring Gazibo's to avoid sunlight).

    👕 Changing Facilities
    Please note that changing rooms are not available due to the number of teams entered. Players should arrive in their kit and trainers, and change into boots once inside the stadium.

    ⏱️ Match Timings
    Match schedules will be available on the Tournify app.

    📱 Follow Your Team
    To follow your team’s progress, please select and favourite them by age group on the Tournify app.

    🔈 Warm-Ups & Team Talks
    Warm-ups and team talks can take place off the pitch, beyond the perimeter. Pitch access is only for matches.

    👟 Footwear
    The stadium pitch is made out of grass. Metal studs will not be recommended due to the summer season.

    🏅 Awards & Presentations
    All players will receive medals following their final match. Trophies will be awarded to the winners and runners-up in each category.

    🥪 Food & Refreshments
    You are welcome to bring your own food and non-alcoholic drinks. Additional refreshments will be available for purchase at our very own tuck shop (Bring cash), and we will also have a food truck which take card only.

    🤝 Behaviour & Conduct
    We kindly ask that all teams and supporters show respect and good sportsmanship. Teams are responsible for the behaviour of their group. Poor conduct may result in match forfeits.

    🆔 Player Identification
    All players to have photo ID submitted or available for age verification (League Card, passport copy, or a certified photo with date of birth).

    🛡️ Insurance
    All participation is at your own risk. Please ensure your team members are fully insured, as organisers cannot accept responsibility for injuries.

    To ensure a smooth start to the tournament, we kindly ask all teams to arrive 30 minutes before their scheduled kick-off time.

    Please refer to the check-in times below, based on your team’s first match in either the Morning or Afternoon tournament session.


    ☀️ Morning Tournament

    • 9am kick-off → Please check in at the Team Registration Desk by 8:30am


    • U7/U8 Arrive at 8:30 for 9:00 KO
    • U9/U10 Arrive at 11:00 for 11:30 KO
       

    🌤️ Afternoon Tournament

    • 2pm kick-off → Please check in at the Team Registration Desk by 1:30pm
       
    • U11: Arrive 1:30 for 2pm kick off

    To help everything run smoothly on the day, please use the checklist below to ensure your team is fully prepared. If you have any questions ahead of the tournament, feel free to get in touch — it’s always easier to sort things out before the big day!


    ✅ Essentials to Bring:

    • Players should arrive already changed into their full kit and wearing trainers, as there are no changing facilities available on-site.
       
    • Football boots, to be changed into once inside the stadium.
       
    • Photo ID for all players in the squad (League Card, passport copy, or certified photo with date of birth).
       
    • A spare kit or bibs, if available, in case of a colour clash with another team.
       
    • Food and drinks for your team (non-alcoholic only). The West Ham Café will also be open – please bring a credit or debit card if you'd like to purchase refreshments.
       
    • A mobile phone or tablet to follow live match scores and updates using the Tournify app.

    👧👦 Age Groups

    • Open to teams in the U7 to U11 age groups (based on the 2024/25 season).
       
    • Girls may play one year down in any age group open to boys (FA Pilot Scheme).


    🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Squad & Substitutions

    • 7 players on the pitch + rolling substitutes.
       
    • Substituted players can re-enter the game.


    📋 Tournament Format

    • All teams will play a minimum of xx matches.
       
    • Matches are league-based with all teams progressing to final stages.
       
    • Format may vary depending on entries and will be confirmed before the event.
       

    ⏱️ Match Duration & Structure

    • All matches are xx minutes, with no half-time.
       
    • Kick-off: Centre spot (no direct shot on goal allowed).
       
    • The first-named team kicks off. Ends decided by a coin toss.
       

    📏 Match Rules Overview

    • Direct free kicks only; opposition must be 3m away from any restart.
       
    • No offside rules apply.
       
    • Shinpads required; no jewellery allowed.
       
    • Outfield players may enter the goal area; goalkeepers may leave it.
       
    • Match ball: Size 3 for U7–U10; Size 4 for U11.
       

    🥅 Goalkeeping

    • U7 & U8: GKs can kick from hands.
       
    • U9–U11: GKs must roll the ball underarm along the ground.
       
    • All GKs must release within 6 seconds.
       
    • Back-pass rule applies: No handling from a teammate’s kick, throw, or dribble-in.
       
    • Goal kicks:
       
      • U7–U8: From arc of the goal area.
         
      • U9–U11: From anywhere on the goal line; ball must leave the area before being touched.
         

    🆕 FA Rule Updates

    • Kick-ins or dribble-ins (U7–U9) replace throw-ins; ball must be stationary on the line.
       
    • No goals allowed directly from a kick-in or dribble-in.
       
    • No deliberate heading in U7–U9. Infringement = direct free kick.
       

    🟨 Discipline

    • Yellow card: 2-minute sin bin (no carryover).
       
    • Red card: 1-match suspension.
       
    • Max 7 players per team on the pitch; any advantage gained with extra players may nullify match result.
       

    🎯 Scoring & Points

    • Win = 3 points, Draw = 1 point.
       
    • Tie-breakers:
       
      1. Goal difference
         
      2. Goals scored
         
      3. Head-to-head result
         
      4. Penalty shoot-out (3 pens each, then sudden death)
         

    🏆 Finals & Playoffs

    • Semi-finals & Finals: Penalty shoot-out if drawn.
       
    • Placement matches (e.g. 3rd place): No penalties – joint position awarded.
       
    • Penalty spot is 4m from the goal line.
       
    • Winners & runners-up receive trophies; all players receive medals.
       

    🧑‍⚖️ Referees

    • Official referees appointed and paid by the organisers.
       
    • Referee decisions are final; no complaints accepted regarding officiating.
       

    ⏳ Timings & Forfeits

    • Teams must be ready at their assigned pitch and time.
       
    • A 4-minute grace period may be allowed; after that, a 2–0 win will be awarded to the opponent.
       

    🙌 Conduct & Behaviour

    • Teams are responsible for the conduct of players, staff, and supporters.
       
    • Misconduct may lead to match forfeits or scoreline reversals.
       
    • Positive encouragement only from sidelines.
       
    • Only players and coaches are allowed within the pitch perimeter.
       

    📋 Admin & Compliance

    • All players must be registered for only one team.
       
    • Each team must submit a team sheet with DOBs and ID.
       
    • All official complaints must be in writing, within 10 minutes of the match.
       

    ⛔ Abandoned Matches

    • Any abandoned match will be reviewed and decided by tournament management.
       

    ⚖️ Governing Rules

    • Any matters not covered above will be decided according to FA Rules & Regulations.
       
    • All rules are binding on teams participating in the tournament.
